In this position you will be responsible for the success of the all construction operations, fleet and inventory operations, and renovation coordination. If you have a background in SFR operations and a passion for real estate and are accomplished in sourcing and managing vendors let’s talk! \nThe Role: This position includes, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities:\nResponsible for all workflows, process and construction operations\nDrive down construction timelines by process improvements\nRegularly meet with Department heads to review RFP within each market\nWeekly communication with vendors and Construction PM’s to stay current on workflow and issues\nEnsure the timely and accurate input of all information e.g., budgets, completion dates, etc. into relevant systems\nCoordinate with Inventory Supervisor to ensure field staff is appropriately stocked and inventory is tracked\nCoordinate risk management efforts by implementing a Quality Control program around product usage\nTrack activity and KPI’s to provide quality control support for vendor relationships\nOngoing monitoring of vendor compliance\nOnboard communities and implement recurring services contracts as needed\nRegularly work with the B2R team and builders to schedule builder inspections and punch walks\nOther renovation or vendor-related activities determined by your manager\nQualifications and Experience\nMin 5 years of work experience with 3+ in a related position, preferably with vendor management\nProficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word; as well as with prospect and resident management systems is required\nMotivated self-starter\nDemonstrated ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced and demanding environment\nFlexible and able to effectively manage ambiguity and change\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills\nPlease do not rely on compensation estimates for our jobs that are posted on sites other than our direct website as these may be misleading. \nAbout Evergreen Residential\nFounded in 2021, Evergreen Residential is a full-service SFR platform leveraging proven operational practices and the latest technological advances to optimize investor returns and achieve positive outcomes for our residents and the communities in which we operate.
