The project involves complex Azure infrastructure and application environments where operational continuity, platform stability, and rapid incident resolution are essential. During the cutover and hypercare periods, engineers will work alongside technical teams to monitor infrastructure, execute planned activities, and provide immediate technical assistance when incidents occur. This role requires professionals who can work independently, take ownership of technical issues, and communicate effectively with stakeholders during live troubleshooting sessions. This is primarily an operational engineering and troubleshooting assignment rather than an architecture or development role.\nKey Responsibilities:\nProvide operational support for Azure infrastructure during critical cutover and hypercare activities.\nTroubleshoot and resolve incidents affecting Azure IaaS/PaaS services, infrastructure connectivity, and application availability.\nParticipate in live incident calls, performing real-time technical analysis and resolution.\nMonitor infrastructure health, performance, availability, and security using Azure monitoring and logging solutions.\nExecute predefined cutover activities, technical changes, and operational recovery procedures.\nInvestigate and resolve issues involving Azure Virtual Machines, storage, networking, and cloud services.\nSupport infrastructure automation and configuration management using Infrastructure as Code.\nCollaborate closely with database administrators, application specialists, and other infrastructure teams.\nEscalate critical incidents when necessary and ensure clear technical handovers between shifts.\nMaintain operational documentation, incident records, and shift handover reports.\nSupport service availability and recovery activities in accordance with agreed SLAs.\nActively contribute to production stability throughout the hypercare period.\n Extensive hands-on experience managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Azure production environments.\nStrong knowledge of Azure IaaS/PaaS services, including Virtual Machines, Storage Accounts, networking, and application infrastructure.\nExperience with Azure networking, including VNets, routing, DNS, firewalls, load balancing, and connectivity troubleshooting.\nStrong understanding of Infrastructure as Code, preferably Terraform.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, and CI/CD pipelines.\nProficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Shell, Python, or YAML.\nExperience with Azure monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions.\nUnderstanding of Azure security, access management, and operational best practices.\nExperience troubleshooting complex infrastructure issues in business-critical production environments.\nAbility to work independently and make technical decisions under pressure.\nStrong communication skills and confidence participating directly in customer-facing technical incident calls.\nExperience working within structured incident, change, and escalation processes.\nPreferred Experience:\nExperience supporting SAP workloads hosted on Azure.\nExperience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), containerized workloads, and related technologies.\nExperience with Azure Key Vault, Application Gateway, and Databricks.\nExperience supporting Oracle databases hosted on Azure infrastructure.\nPrevious involvement in large-scale IT migrations, production cutovers, or hypercare assignments.\nExperience working in multinational enterprise environments.\n Start date: December 2026.\nFull-time assignment (40 hours per week).\nAvailability for rotating 24/7 shifts is required, with emphasis on evening and night shifts.\nAll our positions
