You translate business requirements into scalable, secure, and future-proof solutions that align with enterprise standards and long-term goals.\nThis role requires deep architectural expertise combined with a strong understanding of the TCP/IP stack, as networking forms a critical foundation of the platform and is comparable in complexity to hyperscalers such as AWS.\nKey Responsibilities:\nDesign end-to-end cloud architectures within T-Systems Public Cloud\nTranslate business needs into scalable, secure, and future-proof technical solutions\nDefine and implement landing zones and reusable architectural patterns\nAdvise on platform choices, cost optimization, risk, and time-to-market\nLead technical discussions across all levels, from C-level stakeholders to engineering teams\nEnsure alignment with security, compliance, and performance requirements\nSupport cloud migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)\nGuide integration with existing enterprise IT landscapes (on-premise and hybrid)\nContribute across the full lifecycle: strategy, design, and implementation\n Strong expertise in cloud architecture (IaaS, PaaS, containers, Kubernetes)\nExperience with cloud platforms comparable to AWS, Azure, or GCP\nDeep understanding of the TCP/IP stack (core requirement)\nStrong networking knowledge (connectivity, latency, hybrid architectures, routing, DNS)\nExperience with cloud migration strategies (rehost, replatform, refactor)\nUnderstanding of enterprise IT environments (SAP, legacy systems, integrations)\nKnowledge of security and compliance (IAM, data residency, sovereignty)\nExperience with cost optimization and FinOps principles\nProfile:\nSelf-starter who proactively drives technical initiatives\nStrong ownership of customer onboarding and architectural outcomes\nStrategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into execution\nHands-on mindset (not a “PowerPoint architect”)\nAble to balance
