a Data Reporting & Visualization Specialist to support the design, development, and optimization of reporting and visualization solutions that enable data-driven decision-making.\nThe role acts as a bridge between technical data teams and business stakeholders, transforming complex datasets into clear, impactful, and actionable insights through dashboards, reports, and visual storytelling.\nResponsibilities:\nUnderstand and identify reporting and visualization needs together with stakeholders\nGather business requirements and translate them into prototypes and fully developed dashboards\nCollect, assemble, and prepare data for visualization purposes\nDevelop, maintain, optimize, publish, and decommission dashboards and reports across their full lifecycle\nEnsure reporting solutions follow governance, compliance, and security standards\nDrive automation and optimization of reporting processes\nCollaborate closely with Data Engineers to build sustainable and scalable data solutions\nPromote consistency, reusability, and alignment with data strategy initiatives\nImplement and advocate reporting and visualization best practices\nCoach junior Data Visualization Specialists\nDocument solutions and train users on reporting and visualization tools\nRequired Skills & Experience:\nMinimum 6 years of experience in Data Analytics and Data Visualization\nStrong experience with dashboard design and data storytelling\nAbility to prepare and structure data for reporting and visualization purposes\nGood understanding of Data Warehouses, Data Marts, and data preparation processes\nKnowledge of data governance and security principles\nUnderstanding of data strategy concepts\nExperience working in Agile environments\nPrior experience in Banking and/or Financial Services\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills\nMandatory Technical Skills:\nTableau\nSAP Business Objects\nSAS Enterprise Guide\nMS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Access)\nNice to Have:\nPython\nPower BI\nSoft Skills:\nTeam player with a proactive mindset\nStrong communication and influencing skills\nAutonomous and solution-oriented\nStrong analytical and synthesis capabilities\nAbility to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment\nAgile mindset and adaptability\n Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Economics,
