You will be responsible for ensuring projects remain on track in terms of planning, budget, deliverables, risks and quality.\nA key part of the role will be translating complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and project deliverables, while ensuring effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.\nSeveral projects may involve public funding, contractual requirements, budgets and formal project deliverables. You will therefore play an important role in monitoring contractual and financial obligations and ensuring that project requirements are properly managed and fulfilled.\nYou will work closely with project leadership, engineers, other project managers and supporting functions such as Finance and Legal.\nYour Role & Responsibilities :\nMonitor project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgets.\nSupport Project Leaders in the structured execution of technical R&T and innovation projects.\nMonitor technical deliverables and translate complex technical developments into clear actions, reports and project documentation.\nManage project budgets, contracts, risks and financial reporting.\nCoordinate contractual and reporting obligations related to publicly funded projects.\nManage relationships with internal stakeholders, including Engineering, Finance, Legal and Communications.\nCoordinate with external stakeholders, including industry partners, knowledge institutes, universities and governmental organisations.\nMaintain project documentation, progress reports, risk registers and KPIs.\nFacilitate workshops and project meetings using appropriate methodologies such as Lean, Agile, Scrum or Design Thinking.\nSupport the preparation of project proposals for national and EU-funded R&T and innovation projects.\nContribute to the continuous improvement of project management processes, governance and ways of working.\n A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field.\nApproximately 2-5 years of relevant project management experience.\nExperience managing stakeholders within complex organisations or projects.\nDemonstrable experience managing budgets, contracts and project risks.\nSufficient technical understanding to work effectively with engineers and understand technical project deliverables.\nStrong organisational, communication and reporting skills.\nExperience working with multiple internal and external stakeholders.\nExcellent command of English.\nExperience with publicly funded research projects, research consortia or public-private partnerships is a strong advantage.\nExperience with SAP is a plus.\nKnowledge of Lean methodologies and/or a project management certification such as PMP, IPMA or Scrum is a plus.\nExperience within aerospace, high-tech innovation, energy transition or another technically complex environment is highly desirable.\nCandidates with significantly more than 5 years of relevant project management experience may be
