In this role, you will be responsible for operating and supporting robotic production cells used in the manufacture of high-precision structural assemblies. You will work closely with production teams to ensure efficient, safe and high-quality operations while maintaining compliance with established quality and safety standards. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to advanced manufacturing projects within a technically demanding environment.\nResponsibilities\nOperate KUKA robotic manufacturing systems\nManage robot settings, positioning and tooling adjustments\nSupport automated drilling, riveting and assembly processes\nPerform tooling changes and equipment setup activities\nMonitor robot performance and production process quality\nPerform basic troubleshooting of robotic systems and production equipment\nMaintain accurate production and quality documentation\nFollow all machinery safety and operational procedures\nWork from technical instructions and production documentation\nCollaborate with production teams to ensure efficient workflow and output\n Technical education (MBO level or equivalent practical experience)\nProven experience operating KUKA robotic systems\nExperience within automated manufacturing environments\nKnowledge of industrial automation and machinery safety\nExperience with automated drilling or riveting cells is a strong advantage\nAbility to troubleshoot robotic or production equipment issues\nUnderstanding of quality procedures and technical documentation\nAbility to read and interpret technical instructions and work procedures\nGood command of English, both spoken and written\nExperience within aerospace, aviation, defence, high-tech manufacturing or comparable technical environments is preferred\nWillingness to work in a shift-based production environment\n Start: As soon as possible.\nDuration: 9-12 months with a possibility of
