working in manufacturing and laboratory environments.\nExecute MES configuration changes following approved procedures.\nTroubleshoot application issues impacting production activities.\nSupport batch execution, electronic records, and manufacturing workflows.\nParticipate in testing activities for system updates and enhancements.\nEnsure compliance with GMP, GxP, and Data Integrity requirements.\nFollow change management, incident management, and deviation processes.\nContribute to documentation, SOPs, and knowledge articles. \nCollaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Validation, and IT teams to ensure system reliability.\n 3 to 5 years of experience in MES, Manufacturing IT, or Application Support.\nExperience in Pharmaceutical, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or Laboratory environments.\nGood understanding of manufacturing and laboratory processes.\nAbility to perform MES configuration and support activities.\nUnderstanding of GMP/GxP environments.\nExperience with incident, problem, and change management.\nBasic SQL and troubleshooting skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nNice to Have:\nExperience with Werum PAS-X, Siemens Opcenter, Emerson Syncade, or equivalent MES platforms. \nKnowledge of ALCOA+ and Data Integrity principles.\nExposure to Computer System Validation (CSV).\nExperience supporting
