In this role, you will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define sourcing strategies, manage procurement activities, and support the selection and onboarding of key suppliers.\nResponsibilities:\nPerform an IT/OT category and supplier-market scan covering the services and capabilities required by the programme/project.\nTranslate business, IT, architecture, security and transition requirements into practical sourcing strategies, supplier criteria and procurement plans.\nPrepare, coordinate and issue RFI, RFQ and RFP documentation with relevant business, IT, Legal, Security and Procurement stakeholders.\nPlan and manage procurement milestones, dependencies and decisions in line with the integrated roadmap.\nDevelop evaluation criteria, commercial models and scoring structures, and coordinate transparent supplier evaluations.\nSupport supplier shortlisting, clarification meetings, negotiations and commercial recommendations.\nCoordinate contracting activities and support supplier onboarding, mobilisation and handover.\nMaintain a consolidated view of supplier selection status, timeline, commercial assumptions, risks and decisions.\nProvide procurement input to reporting, budget discussions and Steering Committee decision material.\n 7+ years of procurement experience (10+ years preferred).\nExperience at Procurement Manager level or in a comparable strategic sourcing role.\nProven experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives, complex tenders and supplier selection processes.\nStrong background in IT procurement;
