In this role, you will ensure that production processes, products and supplier deliveries meet the required quality and technical standards. You will identify and manage non-conformities, coordinate solutions with Engineering, Production, AIT and suppliers, and contribute to continuous improvement of product quality.\nThis is a hands-on role for someone who takes initiative, communicates easily with different stakeholders and is comfortable taking ownership of quality issues.\nYour responsibilities:\nMonitor and control quality processes during production and integration.\nIdentify, report and coordinate the resolution of non-conformities.\nWork closely with Engineering, Production, AIT, Product Assurance, Safety and suppliers to resolve quality issues.\nPerform inspections on supplier deliveries, production parts and finished products.\nReview production-related documentation, drawings and quality records.\nCoordinate and participate in quality reviews, including Manufacturing and Test Reviews.\nMonitor supplier quality and support continuous improvement.\nPrepare quality reports and maintain quality documentation in the relevant systems.\nSupport Product Assurance activities and contribute to successful project delivery.\nIntervene when production processes do not meet the required quality standards.\n MBO+/HBO or Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline.\n3-5 years of relevant experience in Quality Assurance or a technical production environment.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nA proactive, hands-on and independent approach.\nAbility to critically assess processes, documentation and technical issues.\nExperience working with SAP or similar ERP systems is an advantage.\nExperience in the automotive industry is highly relevant and considered a strong advantage.\nAbility to understand technical documentation and drawings.\nExperience in aerospace or space industry is strongly preferred.\nWillingness to work on-site a minimum of three days per week.\nLiving within a reasonable commuting distance of the Leiden/Oegstgeest area.\n All
