You will contribute to data governance initiatives, support architectural decisions, and implement best practices in data management.\nData Engineering & Data Management:\nCapture, integrate, and process structured and unstructured data from various internal and external sources.\nDesign, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines.\nStructure, standardize, qualify, and document data to ensure consistency and usability.\nMap and maintain data lineage and data source documentation.\nMonitor and improve data quality through validation, testing, and cleansing processes.\nIdentify and eliminate duplicate, incomplete, or inconsistent data.\nEnsure the quality and reliability of data entering the Data Lake.\nContribute to the creation and maintenance of data repositories when required.\nPromote and implement best practices in data governance and data management.\nDevelopment & Architecture:\nDevelop solutions within the enterprise data framework.\nWrite technical specifications and design documentation.\nDevelop and execute unit tests to ensure solution reliability.\nParticipate in technical and architectural discussions and contribute to strategic data platform decisions.\nSupport the continuous improvement of data architecture and engineering practices.\nEnsure timely delivery of development activities while maintaining high-quality standards.\nOperations & Support:\nMonitor production systems and data pipelines.\nPerform maintenance, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.\nEnsure operational stability and performance of data processing environments.\nCollaborate closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, Data Analysts, and Data Scientists.\n Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.\nStrong experience in Python development for data processing, scripting, and ETL implementation.\nAdvanced knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and data warehouse concepts.\nExperience designing and optimizing data models and database performance.\nStrong understanding of software development best practices.\nProficiency with version control systems, particularly Git.\nExperience developing and maintaining ETL/ELT solutions.\nPreferred\nHands-on experience with Databricks, including:Development of ETL pipelines\nSpark cluster management\nSQL optimization and performance tuning\n\nExperience with Apache Airflow and the development of DAGs for workflow orchestration.\nKnowledge of Big Data ecosystems, Data Lake
