This is a hands-on consulting role requiring strong stakeholder engagement, solution design expertise, and the ability to deliver end-to-end Dynamics 365 implementations while applying Microsoft best practices and supporting delivery teams throughout the project lifecycle.\nResponsibilities:\nLead discovery workshops and translate business requirements into process models, user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution designs.\nDesign, configure, and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions across Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core.\nBuild and maintain Dataverse data models, Model-Driven Apps, forms, views, dashboards, business rules, business process flows, and automated workflows.\nDesign and implement security roles, integrations, data migrations, application lifecycle management (ALM), and CI/CD processes.\nLead testing activities, user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment readiness, training, go-live support, hypercare, and solution documentation.\nCollaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, testers, integration teams, and third-party vendors.\nApply governance standards and Microsoft best practices throughout the solution lifecycle.\nMentor and support delivery team members.\n 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, including Field Service, Sales, Customer Insights - Journeys, and Project Operations Core.\nBachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or a related field.\nProfessional proficiency in English and Dutch, both written and spoken.\nStrong experience with Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.\nExperience building Model-Driven Apps, custom tables, forms, views, dashboards, and custom pages.\nKnowledge of business process flows, business rules, approvals, notifications, and exception handling.\nExperience with Field Service work orders, scheduling, agreements, customer assets, inspections, inventory, and mobile applications.\nHands-on development experience with JavaScript, C#/.NET plug-ins, custom APIs, Dataverse Web API, and REST integrations.\nExperience with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and dataflows.\nStrong understanding of security roles, teams, business units, field security, and least-privilege access principles.\nExperience with Azure DevOps, source control, deployment pipelines, ALM, and CI/CD practices.\nProven skills in requirements analysis, solution design, Agile delivery, testing, training, and stakeholder management.\nRelevant Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform certifications are considered an asset.\n All our positions are open to both women and men
