At the same time, you look beyond individual teams and work on improvements across the entire value stream, collaborating with the RTE on the continuous improvement of the foundation. You are an experienced change agent who makes patterns visible, does not shy away from difficult conversations, and delivers sustainable improvements. Based on your experience, you know when to facilitate, coach, advise, or intervene firmly. You are not evaluated on organizing ceremonies, but on the sustainable improvements you achieve for teams and the organization.
