The role requires a proactive professional who can manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and ensure the smooth delivery of operational activities across several teams.et j\nResponsibilities\nProvide proactive, high-quality day-to-day support to senior managers, understanding priorities and helping teams operate effectively.\nBuild strong working partnerships with stakeholders, taking ownership of actions and coordination with minimal supervision.\nAct as a central coordination point across multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and follow-up.\nCoordinate complex international travel arrangements, including visas, logistics and supporting documentation.\nSupport global assurance and audit programmes, including preparation, review and follow-up of reports and actions.\nCoordinate, review and publish controlled documents, procedures and manuals.\nSupport office management and operational activities alongside leadership teams.\nOrganise meetings, workshops and events from planning through to delivery.\nWork across multiple digital systems and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and ways of working.\nProvide flexible support across the wider Technical Operations team.\nMonitor actions, deadlines and commitments to ensure effective delivery.\n Proven experience in a senior coordination, operations, executive support, project support or similar role.\nStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.\nExperience supporting senior leaders and working with confidential or sensitive information.\nExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills.\nAbility to work independently, exercise sound judgment and take ownership of outcomes.\nExperience coordinating international travel, logistics and complex operational activities.\nStrong document management and administrative coordination skills.\nExperience supporting audits, assurance activities, compliance processes or governance-related activities is an advantage.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and the ability to work across multiple digital platforms and systems.\nStrong attention to detail combined with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.\nComfortable working in a dynamic, international and fast-paced environment.\nFluent English communication skills, both
