Find a job you’ll love today!\nProduct Manager - AI, Healthcare BPO & Recruitment Technology\n\nRole Overview\nWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the strategy and delivery of AI-powered products for global Talent Acquisition (TA) and Healthcare BPO operations. The role requires strong product leadership, hands-on AI product experience, ATS expertise, recruitment assessment technology and knowledge of CCaaS platforms to improve recruiter productivity, reduce Cost per Hire and accelerate time-to-fill.\nKey Responsibilities\n Product Strategy: Own the product vision, roadmap, prioritization and delivery of AI-enabled recruitment solutions aligned with business objectives.\nAI & Automation: Identify and implement AI capabilities such as candidate matching, automated screening, conversational AI, recruiter copilots and workflow automation.\nHealthcare BPO & TA Operations: Partner directly with global HR/TA teams and Healthcare BPO operations to optimize sourcing, screening, candidate engagement, recruitment workflows and operational efficiency.\nATS & Integrations: Work with platforms such as Workday Recruiting, Journeyfront or equivalent ATS solutions, integrating HRIS, CRM, sourcing, assessment and onboarding systems.\nAssessment Technologies: Collaborate with recruitment assessment providers and platforms to integrate skills assessments, aptitude tests, behavioral assessments, language proficiency testing and AI-enabled candidate evaluations into recruitment workflows.\nCCaaS & Conversational Technology: Leverage platforms such as Genesys, NICE, Amazon Connect or Five9 to improve candidate communication, automate outreach and enhance recruiter efficiency.\nEngineering & Vendor Management: Guide engineering teams on product requirements, technical priorities and delivery. Manage technology vendors, assessment partners, POCs, integrations and performance.\nBusiness Outcomes: Define and track KPIs including Cost per Hire, Time-to-Fill, recruiter productivity, candidate conversion, assessment completion rates, automation adoption and ROI.\nQualifications & Experience\n7-12 years of relevant professional experience, including approximately 5+ years in product management or product leadership, with demonstrated progression in ownership.\nExperience with global BPO, IT, HRTech, HRMS, RPO, recruitment outsourcing or Talent Acquisition operations, preferably supporting North America (ET time zone) and at least one additional market.\nRecent hands-on experience delivering AI-enabled products into production, with measurable business outcomes.\nPractical experience with Workday, Journeyfront or comparable enterprise ATS platforms. assessment platforms, including integrations, vendor management and assessment workflow optimization\nUnderstanding of CCaaS, conversational AI, voice automation and contact center integrations.\nProven ability to define product strategy, lead cross-functional engineering teams and manage external technology vendors.\nStrong stakeholder management, analytical skills and experience translating business challenges into scalable technology solutions.\nCandidate needs to work in US shifts.\nPreferred Qualification\nExperience with LLMs, generative AI, RAG, agentic workflows and voice AI.\nKnowledge of ATS/CRM/HRIS integrations, APIs and workflow automation.\nFamiliarity with recruitment assessments, candidate scoring, assessment validity, background checks, compliance and international recruitment requirements.\nExperience with product analytics, responsible AI, data governance and
