Find a job you’ll love today!\nResponsibilities:\nMaintain regular engagement with employees, both onsite and virtually, to support a positive organizational climate and alignment with company culture.\nInteract regularly with employees to build trust and promote open, transparent communication.\nConduct focus group discussions with employees to gather feedback and provide summary reports with key insights and conclusions.\nProvide professional HR support to employees by addressing concerns and ensuring familiarity with company policies and procedures.\nGuide employees through company processes to promote a positive employee experience.\nParticipate in the conceptualization, planning, and execution of initiatives designed to improve employee engagement and satisfaction.\nAssist in organizing events and coordinating with suppliers, including identifying potential partners for the Everise Privileges program.\nRespond to internal and external HR-related inquiries and provide timely assistance.\nMaintain accurate personnel records (e.g., payroll data, employee information, leave records, turnover data) in both physical files and HR systems.\nEnsure employment documentation and requirements are properly maintained and compliant.\nLiaise with other departments such as payroll, benefits, and other support functions as needed.\nSupport the candidate selection and confirmation process, including assisting with the pre-selection of internal promotions.\nAssist supervisors with performance management processes and documentation.\nSchedule and coordinate meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team’s agenda.\nCoordinate training sessions and seminars.\nConduct employee orientations and onboarding activities and ensure records for new hires are updated.\nAssist with HR initiatives and projects, including collecting and analyzing employee feedback.\nSupport offboarding processes, including coordination related to benefits and documentation for former employees.\nPerform other duties and responsibilities assigned to the role.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Industrial Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.\nMinimum of 2 years of experience in Human Resources.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong organizational and interpersonal skills.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nFlexibility to work varied hours when required.\nHigh level of reliability in task completion and attendance.\nStrong teamwork and coordination skills.\nExperience with HRMS platforms, payroll systems, or the ability to quickly learn the organization’s employee management software (e.g., Workday).\nKnowledge of local labor laws and employment regulations.\nEnglish proficiency at an intermediate level or higher (B2 or above).\nMust be amenable to working onsite at our Villa
