Find a job you’ll love today!\nPosition Purpose:\nThe Sourcing Lead will execute sourcing strategies to deliver talent for hiring needs. You will advise the Recruitment Sourcing Specialists and Coordinators on effective sourcing strategies, manage attraction campaigns, and execute sourcing strategies. As a Sourcing Lead, you will collaborate closely within the Talent Acquisition team to provide input on sourcing strategy and real-time feedback on the effectiveness of the sourcing strategy.
