Find a job you’ll love today!\nPosition Purpose:\nThe Lead - Recruiter is responsible for full life cycle of the recruiting process including, but not limited to: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offer letters. Candidate must possess the ability to effectively communication with hiring managers to fully understand their open positions. Will be responsible for utilizing Workday, Job Boards, Social Media in sourcing candidates. The Lead spearheads the efforts to help ensure that Everise is an employer of choice by developing partnerships in the community and building awarness of job opportunities.\nJob Requirements:\nAbility to collaborate with Hiring Managers\nExcellent customer service skills\nWorking knowledge of federal/state regulations related to employment.\nManage current candidate activity in Workday\nUse recruiting skills to identify and attract quality canidates through career fairs, community network events, and social media.\nTimely communication with applicants to include basic screening, scheduling interviews, background checks and onboarding.\nOversee internal/external communication and hiring process.\nOther duties and responsibilities as assigned by Talent Acquisition Manager Qualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in related field from a four-year college or university, one to three years high volume recruitment experience preferably in a call center environment or equivalent combination of education and experience\nEnthusiastic and demonstrated leadership skills\nExcellent oral and written communication skills\nStrong organizational and time managment abilities\nSchedule flexibility\nAbility to function in a fast paced environment\nDependability regarding completion of assignments and attendance\nProficiency with various Windows programs, including Microsoft Word,
