You’re a strong executor who can also think strategically and you thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment.\nWhat You’ll OwnBrand & Storytelling\nExecute and evolve Everist’s “Beauty, Undiluted” brand positioning, voice, and creative direction across all touchpoints.\n\nEnsure brand consistency and cultural relevance across all marketing channels and campaigns.\n\nLead integrated campaign development from concept through launch, managing timelines, partners, and deliverables.\n\nTranslate product innovation into compelling consumer storytelling and activations.\n\nManage relationships with external partners including PR teams and agencies, ensuring alignment with brand strategy.\n\nSupport marketing readiness for retail expansion, including launch planning and go-to-market execution.\n\nTeam & Operational Leadership\nHelp build and introduce scalable marketing processes, planning frameworks, and operating rhythms.\n\nEnsure cohesive storytelling across DTC, social commerce, and retail touchpoints.\n\nProvide input on marketing budget allocation and investment priorities.\n\nCollaborate cross-functionally with Product, Operations, and Leadership to align marketing with broader company goals.\n\nSupport and mentor junior team members as the marketing team grows.\n\nPerformance & Social Commerce\nOversee full-funnel marketing execution across paid, owned, and earned channels.\n\nManage performance marketing across key platforms including Meta and TikTok, with a focus on CAC, ROAS, and retention.\n\nOwn social commerce, SEO/GEO and affiliate strategy\n\nBring a test-and-learn mindset to channel strategy — identifying opportunities, running experiments, and scaling what works.\n\nSocial, Influencer & Community\nLead creator-led and TikTok-first content and growth initiatives.\n\nOwn and evolve Everist’s influencer and ambassador programs with a performance-oriented lens.\n\nDrive organic social strategy to strengthen brand affinity while supporting conversion goals.\n\nStay ahead of emerging platforms, creators, and cultural trends relevant to Everist’s audience.\n\nWho You Are\n6–8 years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within beauty, wellness, or CPG (haircare a strong plus).\n\nProven ability to balance brand building and performance marketing in a DTC or eCommerce environment.\n\nHands-on experience overseeing Meta and TikTok campaigns with meaningful budgets.\n\nStrong background in influencer marketing, social commerce, and creator-led growth.\n\nExcellent storyteller with a strong creative eye and experience directing creative partners.\n\nHighly analytical: you’re comfortable owning budgets and making data-informed decisions.\n\nOrganized and execution-focused: you bring clarity and follow-through to everything you touch.\n\nExperience supporting or executing retail expansions into partners such as Sephora or Ulta is a strong plus.\n\nEntrepreneurial mindset;
