In this role, you'll partner with Customer Success, Sales, and the broader GTM Enablement team to keep enablement programs running smoothly - maintaining existing initiatives, coordinating logistics for training and events, and supporting the delivery of learning resources across the customer lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in project management and cross-functional coordination and wants hands-on experience in a high-performing enablement organization.\nThis is a fixed-term, full-time exempt position based in our Oakland, California office with a hybrid work schedule: in office M/W/Th with the option to work from home Tu/Fr. We trust that you'll bring experience and knowledge that will uplift and uplevel the team, but we don't expect you to know everything on Day 1.\nIn your role, you'll...\nManage the logistics and execution of enablement programs, trainings, and events for our GTM Customer Success team\nCoordinate cross-functionally with CS, Sales, Marketing, and Product to keep enablement initiatives on track\nMaintain and update enablement content in our LMS and CMS platforms\nSupport the development and delivery of onboarding, skills training, and ongoing learning programs\nTrack project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure programs launch on schedule\nHelp gather and organize feedback and data to inform program iteration\nAssist in preparing materials for leadership reviews and enablement communications\nCollaborate with the GTM Enablement team on global initiatives across the CS and Sales organizations\nAbout you\nYou're a strong project manager and coordinator. You've managed cross-functional programs or events with multiple stakeholders and moving parts, and you keep things organized and on schedule.\nYou're process- and detail-oriented. You find structure in ambiguity so that others can follow along, and you balance the details with the big picture.\nYou're a clear communicator. You can distill information into something digestible for different audiences, both verbally and in writing.\nYou thrive with autonomy. You can manage your own workload, prioritize competing demands, and keep stakeholders informed without needing to be told.\nYou're curious and adaptable. You may not have deep enablement experience, but you're eager to learn the function and bring transferable skills from adjacent fields like project management, event planning, learning & development, or operations.\nYou have 3-6 years of relevant work experience in project management, event coordination, enablement, L&D, or a related operational role, ideally in SaaS or tech.\nYou are authorized to work in the United States. The final offered salary will be dependent upon many factors including the candidate's experience and skills.
