This role consists of listing rental properties online in an eye-catching presentation that guarantees to bring in prospective tenants to rent our client’s properties.\nCOMPETENCIES & REQUIREMENTS\nKey Responsibilities:\nList Rental Properties: You will be required to write out property marketing descriptions to promote inquiries and drive up leads. Will be expected to use AI and other technologies to help enhance your work. Properties will need to be listed with a high level of detail. You will be expected to use the tools provided to investigate the property and describe the property inclusions.\nMaintain Rental property listings up to date: You will be responsible for keeping rental property listings up to date with the correct price; appliances; utilities; and other inclusions. You will be responsible for providing the leasing team with the most up-to-date property information and ensuring all listings websites are also up to date reflecting the correct information.\nCommunication with our internal leasing team: You will be required to maintain constant contact with our leasing team to ensure all properties meet our standards & expectations. The leasing team will be your main point of contact with new properties to market on a daily basis.\nCustomer Communication: You may also be responsible for responding to phone/email/text inquiries from potential/current residents on slower seasons when marketing demands may not be as high.
