Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must, as well as dedication to providing top-notch customer service and getting great results.\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nResident Communication: oversee all resident communication efforts, including managing rent delinquency cases, renewals, and other resident-related concerns across the designated portfolios.\nAs the main point of contact for residents, your role is to respond promptly to their inquiries, complaints, and maintenance requests via telephone, email, and text.\nOne of the best parts of your job is developing and maintaining positive relationships with residents to foster a sense of community and promote resident retention.\nYou'll be working closely with the management team to ensure that all policies and procedures are being followed and that resident issues are resolved quickly and efficiently.\nCore Competencies:\nGreat communication skills and friendly interpersonal skills (written and verbal).\nAbility to stay calm and professional under pressure.\nStrong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.\nStrong decision-making skills and the ability to act with urgency.\nCapacity for detailed, accurate, and high-quality work\nCapable of working autonomously and taking ownership of tasks until they are successfully resolved.
