Pure's product portfolio enables our customers to leverage the agility of the public cloud for both traditional IT and cloud-native applications.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO\nDeliver manufacturing diagnostics and tools for Everpure Direct Flash Module product line\nCollaborate with hardware, firmware, software and manufacturing test teams, and deliver support for our ambitious roadmap items.\nCollaborate with product managers and engineering teams in getting requirements.\nResponsible for the overall development life cycle of the solution and managing projects.\nInstill best practices of software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high quality work on tight schedules.\nClearly and regularly communicate status on how projects are progressing.\nManaging day-to-day software engineering development activities.\nHiring, managing, monitoring and motivating software development team members.\nDriving innovation while at the same time managing software development schedules.\nIntegrate software with existing systems.\nDriving company culture and career development to individual contributors.\nWHAT YOU BRING\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or equivalent.\n3 plus years of technical lead or management experience, while staying hands-on in development\n5 plus years of Linux kernel or protocol development experience in servers, networking or storage, ideally on x86 NUMA systems.\n2+ years experience collaborating with remote teams based in the US or some other country.\nExperience in technologies and industry standards such as NVMe, NFS, iSCSI, Fiber Channel, SCSI, or protocols such as SMB,NFS.\nExperience in Agile development and continuous integration in development projects.\nProficiency in C/C++ and scripting languages such as python/shell\nWorking knowledge of Linux virtualization tools, or data path technologies such as DPDK\nProven expertise in managing projects throughout the entire SDLC, delivering products to market on schedule, and ensuring feedback loops from customers into development\nDetail oriented, with experience in defining, partitioning, prioritizing software requirements across remote teams.
