So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.\nOffering Tools Finance Lead\nPurpose\nEverpure is looking for a Business Case Finance Lead to build the financial models behind customer business cases. You will build CFO-grade, repeatable and standardised value logic for products across Everpure's portfolio, and own the assumptions, benchmarks and inputs that keep those models accurate. The models feed directly into our wider automated sales operating model, so sellers everywhere present customers with the same credible, defensible numbers.\nThese models will underpin the proposals used across the entire sales organisation, and form the core of the business cases that go in front of customers. They will cover a wide range of deal sizes, products and industries, so they need to be consistent, robust and adaptable.\nThe role has three parts:\nIdentify the value. Understand how each product creates measurable value for customers, across cost efficiency, growth or protection, sustainability and risk reduction.\nBuild the model. Convert that value into a repeatable, standardised financial model, including cash flow, P&L and return metrics, that works across accounts and deal sizes.\nTell the financial story. Translate the model and its outputs into a clear, compelling financial narrative that increases the impact of every proposal with customers, including their CFOs and finance teams.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nCredible, robust and accurate financial models underpin the portfolio of Everpure products.\nModels are repeatable and standardised, and can be fed into customer proposals through our wider automated operating model.\nModels and financials are translated into a compelling financial narrative that resonates with customers, including CFOs and finance teams.\nGovernance is in place around model inputs, with assumptions validated, updated and maintained.\nExisting models are continually refined as new data is collected and new products are released.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nValue and Financial Models\nIdentify how each product creates measurable value for customers across the key value levers: cost efficiency, revenue growth or protection, sustainability and risk reduction.\nBuild CFO-grade financial models, including cash flow and P&L, for each product across the portfolio.\nStandardise models around common inputs and outputs, so they can be repeated efficiently and consistently across accounts and products.\nApply a consistent methodology and accounting treatment, with ROI, TCO, NPV, IRR and payback calculated the same way every time.\nContinuously improve model accuracy, and develop new, financially robust ways to quantify value.\nFinancial Narrative\nTranslate model outputs into a clear, compelling financial narrative that shows customers what the investment means for their business.\nTurn complex financial results into tangible measures that customers and sellers can relate to.\nHelp sellers position the business case confidently, in executive language.\nAssumptions, Inputs and Governance\nOwn, govern and maintain the global assumptions, benchmarks and financial inputs feeding the models.\nIdentify and add the new pricing, product advances and market trends the models need, within an agreed SLA.\nDefine the source, owner and refresh cadence for every input, and maintain a clear version history.\nReconcile model outputs against real deals to check accuracy over time.\nDocumentation and Support\nDocument each model's logic, inputs and outputs clearly enough for it to be built into automated systems and tested against reference cases.\nSupport Value Consultants, sellers and sales engineers on large or complex deals where a standard model needs adapting, including in pricing discussions.\nWho You'll Work With\nCompetitive intelligence: competitor pricing and benchmarks\nData and analytics: data sources, architecture and governance for model inputs\nProduct management and product marketing: product capabilities, pricing and roadmap\nFinance and Monetisation: pricing and discounting\nSales teams and leadership: real-world feedback on live deals\nEngineering and platform teams: building the models into automated systems\nWhat You'll Bring\n5+ years in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, investment analysis, value engineering or management consulting, ideally at a large consulting firm, financial services company or technology vendor.\nDeep financial analysis and modelling skills, with a strong grasp of cash flow, P&L and financial accounting, including CapEx versus OpEx, depreciation and subscription models.\nDeep knowledge of ROI and TCO, and the practical use of IRR, NPV and payback to justify business cases.\nThe ability to turn complex technical and commercial information into clear, defensible financial logic.\nA rigorous approach to assumptions, data quality and version control.\nStrong written and verbal communication of both qualitative and quantitative business cases, including the ability to turn financial outputs into a compelling narrative for non-finance audiences.\nExperience working with cross-functional teams, especially sales, product, monetisation and platform teams.\nSelf-managed, responsive and curious, with the creativity to find new, sound ways to quantify value.\nPreferred Background\nA professional accounting or finance qualification, such as ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CFA, or a Master's degree with a financial background.\nPre-sales or commercial finance experience at a technology vendor.\nKnowledge of enterprise technology or IT infrastructure.\nINCLUDE FOR POSTING LOCATION IDENTIFICATION\n#LI-REMOTE \nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:\nInnovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.\nGrowth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
