So, if you're ready to seize the endless opportunities and leave your mark, come join us.\nThe Role\nThe Strategic Program Manager will lead high-impact growth and transformation programs across Advanced Services, turning strategic priorities into coordinated, measurable execution.\nWorking across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, Finance and other Everpure organizations, the role will establish and run programs designed to accelerate services growth, customer adoption and organizational transformation.\nKey Responsibilities\nStrategic Growth Programs - Design, launch and manage programs that accelerate adoption, pipeline, bookings and revenue growth, including incentive-led and customer adoption initiatives.\nProgram Strategy & Execution - Translate strategic priorities into structured programs with clear objectives, work streams, milestones, ownership and measurable outcomes.\nAcquisition & Organizational Integration - Lead Services integration activities associated with acquisitions, new technologies or organizational changes, coordinating capabilities, processes, people and GTM readiness.\nCross-functional Leadership - Coordinate stakeholders across Advanced Services, Sales, Portfolio, Product, Finance and Operations to drive execution without relying on direct authority.\nCommercial & Performance Management - Establish business cases, success measures and reporting to understand program adoption, investment effectiveness and commercial impact.\nGTM & Field Activation - Partner with Services Sales and Enablement to translate programs into practical field motions, communications, incentives and supporting assets.\nContinuous Improvement - Use performance data and field/customer feedback to evolve programs, resolve barriers and determine when initiatives should scale, change or conclude.\nExecutive Communication - Provide clear updates on progress, risks, decisions and business impact to senior leadership.\nWhat You Bring\nStrong experience leading complex, cross-functional programs from strategy through execution.\nCommercial mindset with an understanding of how programs drive adoption, pipeline, bookings and revenue growth.\nAbility to turn ambiguous strategic priorities into clear plans, work streams, ownership and measurable outcomes.\nStrong stakeholder leadership across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio, Finance and other business functions.\nExperience influencing and driving execution across teams without direct authority.\nExcellent communication skills, with the ability to engage senior leaders while remaining close to execution.\nData-driven approach to measuring performance, identifying barriers and adapting programs based on results.\nComfortable operating in a fast-moving environment and taking ownership of new or evolving strategic priorities.\nWhat Success Looks Like\nStrategic priorities are translated into well-defined programs with clear ownership, execution plans and measurable outcomes.\nGrowth programs demonstrate tangible impact on customer adoption, pipeline, bookings and revenue.\nNew capabilities, acquisitions and organizational changes are successfully integrated into Advanced Services.\nCross-functional stakeholders are aligned around common objectives, responsibilities and execution.\nProgram performance is visible through clear metrics, reporting and executive communication.\nSuccessful initiatives are scaled and embedded into the business, while programs that are not delivering expected outcomes are adapted or concluded.\nAdvanced Services is better positioned to execute against Everpure's strategic growth priorities.\nSalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
