You own the technical win: understanding what the customer is actually trying to do, designing the right data platform for it, proving it works, and getting it signed off. You'll spend most of your week with customers and partners, not in internal meetings.\nWe've moved from all-flash arrays to the Enterprise Data Cloud - a single platform for block, file and object, on-prem and in the public cloud, with Portworx for Kubernetes workloads. We sell through a strong partner channel and directly to some of the country's largest organisations, and the team is growing.\nWHAT YOU'LL DO..\nPartner with your AE on account strategy: which opportunities to pursue, how to position against the incumbent, what the customer's real decision criteria are\nRun discovery with infrastructure, platform and application teams; translate business requirements into architectures that hold up in production\nDesign and present solutions across FlashArray, FlashBlade, Portworx, Evergreen and Pure Fusion - and know when something outside our portfolio is the right answer\nOwn proofs of concept, benchmarks and competitive evaluations end to end\nWork alongside our Polish partners (resellers, MSPs, system integrators) so the customer gets one coherent proposal, not two\nLead technical responses to RFPs and tenders\nFeed what you hear from customers back to product and marketing\nWHAT YOU'LL BRING..\nEnterprise pre-sales experience: you've carried technical responsibility for large-account deals and know how to run a technical win\nDepth in infrastructure - storage (block, file, object), data protection, virtualisation, networking - and the ability to explain it to a CIO and a Linux admin in the same meeting\nFluent Polish and English (both required - you'll be presenting and writing in both)\nCommercial instinct: you understand what drives a customer's decision beyond the spec sheet, and you're comfortable owning a number alongside your AE\nCuriosity - you like getting hands-on with new technology and showing it to people\nGood to have, not required\nKubernetes and cloud-native platforms (Portworx, OpenShift, Rancher, Tanzu) - we'll invest in getting you there if you're not already\nPublic cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid architectures\nExperience with Security Frameworks and EU Cybersecurity regulations\nBackground at a storage vendor, HCI vendor, polish reseller or MSP\nWHY THIS ROLE..\nA defined enterprise patch with 1 experienced AE, in a region where Everpure is growing rather than defending\nA product portfolio that's expanded well beyond storage, so the conversations you have with customers have got broader and more interesting\nSmall, senior Polish SE team - high autonomy, direct access to product and engineering\nEvergreen and the platform story genuinely differentiate in competitive evaluations; you're not selling a commodity\nSalary ranges are determined based on role, level and location.
