This role is responsible for developing high-quality, reusable, modular written content that enables the creation of compelling, enterprise-grade value propositions, proactive proposals and supporting technical, operational and commercial documentation.\nYou will apply your understanding of enterprise infrastructure architectures to synthesize complex technical, operational and commercial inputs from Product, Engineering, Value Consultants, Competitive Intelligence, CX, Partners and Sales into clear, structured customer narratives that articulate the business value of Pure solutions.\nAs the primary content writer within the team, you will help create and maintain the global master content library that underpins scalable proposal creation. You will enforce written content standards, ensuring outputs are governed, reusable and aligned to established messaging and quality standards.\nWhat You’ll Do\nBuild & Maintain Reusable Content\nOwn writing of defined technical, operational and financial value levers for Pure solutions.\nDevelop reusable modular components at multiple levels of detail (executive summary, standard narrative, detailed technical content). \nCreate persona and industry aware variations of core narrative where required.\nConsume and adapt existing Pure content (case studies, product documentation, analyst endorsements, services materials) for structured proposal use. \nMaintain and evolve global master content in alignment with roadmap priorities and release cycles.\nTechnical and Value Writing\nTranslate technical, operational and financial inputs into clear value narratives.\nCompile and synthesize inputs from cross-functional SMEs into customer-ready outputs.\nIndependently engage SMEs to validate accuracy and secure approval.\nBalance technical credibility with executive-level clarity.\nProposal Content Building\nDevelop best practice placeholder content for: Value propositions, Proactive proposals and Technical/operational/commercial Appendices\nEnsure content demonstrates strong narrative flow, clarity and business value articulation.\nSupport Select Engagements\nParticipate in select live proposal engagements to refine standards and identify reusable content opportunities.\nContribute written content for strategic proactive proposals where required.\nStandards & Quality\nCo own content standards & contribute to QA processes and structured release management for written content.\nEstablish clear stakeholder communication and approval protocols.\nEnsure all outputs adhere to messaging, quality and governance requirements.\nWhat You’ll Bring \nInfrastructure & Technical Knowledge\nStrong knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies, with demonstrated experience writing about one or more of the following domains: (Enterprise storage (block, file, object), Compute and virtualization platforms, Hybrid cloud architectures, Data center, Infrastructure operations)\nAbility to confidently engage technical SMEs and interpret architectural and operational concepts.\nExperience synthesizing financial concepts into simple narrative form (taking input from SME’s not expected to have financial experience). \nComfort navigating multi solution portfolios and articulating integrated solution value.\nWriting Expertise\nExceptional written English skills, with the ability to produce precise, polished, executive ready content.\nSignificant experience writing technical, solution or value-based content in an enterprise IT environment.\nDemonstrated ability to translate complex technical, operational and commercial inputs into clear, customer facing narrative.\nExperience building reusable, modular content or structured proposal components.\nStrong executive writing skills, including development of compelling summaries and structured appendices.\nProcess & Collaboration\nProven ability to work cross functionally with Product, Sales, Marketing, Engineering and Services teams. \nExperience independently driving SME engagement, review cycles and approvals.\nStrong version control, content lifecycle and revision management discipline.\nPreferred:\nExperience supporting enterprise sales or value selling motions.\nFamiliarity with proposal development and business case articulation.\nExposure to modular content systems or AI enabled content tools.\nExperience operating in global organizations with standardized messaging frameworks.\n\nINCLUDE FOR POSTING LOCATION IDENTIFICATION\nWHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US:\nInnovation: We celebrate those who think critically, like a challenge, and aspire to be trailblazers.\nGrowth: We give you the space and support to grow along with us and to contribute to something meaningful.
