If that's how you work too, this is the\nrole for you.\nAbout the role:\nAs Senior Analyst, Enterprise Analytics, you will work as part of the team overseeing our\ncustomers’ performance and spending in our marketplace business. You will be the owner of\none more significant customer campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities that produce\nvalue for both EverQuote and our customers. You will work cross-functionally with Product,\nEngineering, Data Science, and Business Development to convert these ideas into realized\nvalue.\nAbout you:\nYou are a talented analyst and communicator. You enjoy finding inefficiency using data, but are\nconsidered enough in your analysis to know when to flip into execution to capture an\nopportunity. You have a knack for explaining complex concepts to a variety of stakeholders, both\ninternal and external. You envision yourself growing into a leader of analysts or a P&L owner as\nyou progress in your career.\nWhat you'll do:\n- Campaign optimization: Become the primary analyst on multiple customer campaigns,\nresponsible for understanding their performance in detail. Identify opportunities to\nimprove pricing rationality and customer outcomes through campaign optimizations, and\neither execute these directly or product clear recommendations to BD and customers to\ndo so.\n- Capability-building: contribute to team-wide capabilities that improve the quality or\nvelocity of common customer or marketplace dynamics analyses\n- Stakeholder collaboration: Build deep relationships with Enterprise BD, Product, and\nEngineering to effectively convert surfaced ideas into action, and with other teams within\nAnalytics to ensure recommendations support broader company strategy\nWhat you bring to the team:\n- 2+ years of experience in Analytics or a related domain, with a focus on quantitative\nbusiness problem-solving\n- Strong SQL skills; able to independently pull, shape, and analyze large datasets\n(Snowflake a plus)\n- Solid experimentation fundamentals: significance, power, incrementality measurement,\nconfound control\n- Clear communication with both technical and executive stakeholders\nNice to have:\n- Experience in the insurance industry, digital performance marketing, or marketplace\nbusinesses - these experiences are valuable but not required, and a great candidate will\nlearn these on the job\nThe base salary actually offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the\napplicant's job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
