If that’s how you work too, this is the role for you.\nAbout the Role\nGreat hiring is how a fast-moving company like ours keeps raising its bar, and as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner you will own it. You will run full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of technical and business roles, partnering directly with hiring leaders to understand what they need, find the right people, and bring them from first conversation through to a smooth, ready-to-start hire. You will report to the Director, Talent Acquisition and work closely with leaders across Engineering, Analytics, Business Enablement, and Sales to build the team that powers EverQuote’s growth.\nWhat You’ll Do\nPartner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build a hiring plan and timeline for each search\nManage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at a time, balancing priorities to keep every search moving\nSource candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building strong pipelines of technical and non-technical talent\nReview applicants in the ATS, evaluate resumes against role requirements, and recommend who moves forward\nConduct candidate interviews and screens, and give hiring teams clear, structured feedback and recommendations\nPrepare offers, lead compensation conversations, and handle negotiations through to acceptance\nGuide each candidate from application to hire-ready status, including contracts and onboarding handoffs, so they have an excellent experience at every step\nTrack and report on hiring metrics, including time to fill, pipeline health, and offer acceptance, and use the data to improve how we hire\nKeep hiring leaders, interviewers, and candidates informed with timely, transparent communication throughout the process\nWhat You Bring to the Team (Qualifications)\n4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting (software engineering, data, product)\nProven ability to manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at once while maintaining a time to fill under 60 days\nStrong sourcing skills, with hands-on experience using LinkedIn Recruiter to find and engage passive candidates\nExperience partnering with senior hiring leaders to scope roles and set expectations\nExperience crafting offers and negotiating with candidates, including competitive compensation conversations\nStrong organization and follow-through, with the ability to prioritize across many searches in a fast-paced environment\nExcellent communication skills and a data-driven approach to hiring\nNice to Have (But Not Required)\nExperience recruiting in a SaaS, fintech, or insurance tech environment\nHands-on experience using Greenhouse as an ATS\nBackground in insurance technology or digital insurance marketplaces\nExperience improving recruiting processes, such as structured interviewing, scorecards, or scheduling workflows\nThe base salary offered for this position is determined by several factors, including the applicant’s job-related skills, relevant experience, education or training, and work location.
