Job Description

• Support the marketing manager in delivering agreed activities
• Help with marketing plans, advertising, direct marketing and campaigns
• Communicate with target audiences and build and develop customer relationships
• Produce creative content, including videos and blog posts
• Monitor social media channels (e.g. Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn) to enhance audience engagement
• Arrange meetings with corporate companies
• Arrange the effective distribution of marketing materials
• Organise and attend events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Maintain and update customer databases
• Achieve the target set by the manager
• Increase client database
• Support course in-charges in confirming the classes
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external, by conducting feedback surveys
