We are EVERSANA.\n THE POSITION:\nWe are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect specializing in Health Cloud to design, govern, and deliver scalable enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep expertise in data modeling, integration architecture, security, multi-org strategy, and end-to-end Salesforce development. The Salesforce Architect will partner closely with business and technology teams to define architecture standards, ensure platform stability, and guide development best practices.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOur employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:\nArchitect and design Salesforce Health Cloud solutions, including Data Modeling, Schema Design, and patient-care workflows.\nLead solutioning using Apex (Classes, Triggers), Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura, and Flows.\nDefine and implement Integration Architecture using APIs, middleware, and enterprise integration patterns.\nEstablish Security Model standards including authentication, authorization, sharing rules, encryption, and PHI/HIPAA considerations.\nDrive Multi-Org and Environment Strategy, ensuring alignment, governance, and scalable org architecture.\nLead DevOps & CI/CD implementation using tools such as Git, Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.\nReview technical designs, provide architectural guidance, and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.\nCollaborate with product owners, developers, admins, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end solution delivery.\nIdentify architectural risks and propose mitigation strategies.\nDocument architecture decisions, solution blueprints, and system diagrams.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nEXPECTATIONS OF THE JOB:\nHours (45 Hours per week, 5 days of the week)\nAbility to work independently in a 2 PM - 11 PM shift, coordinating with global teams.\nDeliver high-performance, secure, and scalable Health Cloud architectures.\nAct as a trusted advisor to stakeholders and leadership on Salesforce strategy.\nMentor developers and admins, ensuring adherence to architectural and coding standards.\nTranslate business needs into future-ready technical solutions.\nOwn the architectural roadmap and maintain platform integrity.\nEnsure compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling standards, and all internal security policies.\nAdhere to project timelines and quality standards\nMINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.\nStrong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud, including clinical and patient data models.\nDeep understanding of Salesforce Architecture, Data Modeling, and Schema Design.\nAdvanced hands-on proficiency in Apex, LWC, Aura, and Flow automation.\nStrong knowledge of Integration Architecture, REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven integrations, and platform events.\nSolid understanding of HTTP, Web protocols, and enterprise integration patterns.\nExperience defining Security Models including roles, profiles, permission sets, sharing and encryption.\nProven experience with DevOps/CI/CD pipelines.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.\nSalesforce Certifications (highly preferred):\nSalesforce Certified Application Architect\nSalesforce Certified System Architect\nSalesforce Certified Health Cloud Accredited Professional\nSalesforce Platform Developer I/II\nSalesforce Integration Architect\nSalesforce Security & Identity Architect\nExperience in Healthcare or regulated industries with compliance standards (HIPAA, PHI, PII).\nFamiliarity with tools like Copado, Gearset, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or equivalent.\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
