We are EVERSANA.\n The Channel Operations Clerk is responsible for supporting daily warehouse and distribution operations by coordinating transportation schedules, performing quality assurance inspections on incoming shipments, operating material handling equipment, and maintaining accurate inventory records within the Warehouse Management System (WMS). This role ensures the efficient flow of products through the facility while maintaining safety, quality, and operational standards.\nKey Responsibilities\nTransportation & Scheduling\nSchedule inbound and outbound truck appointments to support operational requirements.\nCoordinate with carriers, drivers, warehouse personnel, and customers to ensure timely loading and unloading activities.\nMonitor transportation schedules and communicate delays or changes to relevant stakeholders.\nMaintain accurate shipment documentation and transportation records.\nQuality Assurance\nConduct inspections of incoming loads to verify product quality, quantity, and compliance with company standards.\nIdentify and document damaged, missing, or non-conforming products.\nEnsure receiving processes meet quality and safety requirements.\nWork with operations and quality teams to resolve discrepancies and corrective actions.\nWarehouse Operations\nSafely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, and store inventory.\nAssist with receiving, put-away, replenishment, and shipping activities.\nFollow all warehouse safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines.\nSupport inventory control activities and cycle counts as needed.\nWarehouse Management System (WMS)\nEnter and update receiving, inventory, and shipping transactions within the WMS.\nMaintain accurate inventory records and investigate inventory discrepancies.\nGenerate reports and provide data support for operational performance tracking.\nEnsure all transactions are completed accurately and timely.\nRequired Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent.\nPrevious warehouse, logistics, transportation, or distribution experience preferred.\nForklift certification or ability to obtain certification.\nExperience using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and inventory tracking software.\nBasic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office applications.\nStrong attention to detail and organizational skills.\nAbility to communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and customers.\nPhysical Requirements\nAbility to lift up to 50 pounds.\nAbility to stand, walk, bend, and reach throughout the workday.\nAbility to safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment.\nComfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.\nKey Competencies\nOrganization and time management\nAttention to detail\nProblem-solving skills\nQuality mindset\nTeam collaboration\nSafety awareness\nInventory accuracy and data integrity\nThis role is critical to ensuring efficient channel operations by maintaining quality standards, coordinating transportation activities, and supporting accurate inventory management throughout the supply chain.\n OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS:\nPatient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.\nClient Delight I own every client experience and its impact on results.\nTake Action I am empowered and empower others to act now.\nGrow Talent I own my development and invest in the development of others.\nWin Together I passionately connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime to achieve results.\nCommunication Matters I speak up to create transparent, thoughtful and timely dialogue.\nEmbrace Diversity I create an environment of awareness and respect.\nAlways Innovate I am bold and creative in everything I do.\nOur team is aware of recent fraudulent job offers in the market, misrepresenting EVERSANA.
