We are EVERSANA.\n THE POSITION:\nAs a Cloud Data Architect, this role will be instrumental in enhancing and supporting our Enterprise Cloud Data Warehouse currently on Snowflake. Responsible for designing and delivering data models, data integrations and ETL data pipelines, supporting client project deliverables and ensuring meticulous documentation of solutions provided. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data architecture, experience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse, and proficiency in ETL processes.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOur employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:\nDesign and implement end-to-end data integration solutions with Enterprise Cloud Data Warehouse:Data replication from variety of internal and external data sources into Snowflake Data Warehouse Raw layer.\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data models.\n\nExperience with Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse Platform:Experience using Snowflake capabilities such as Snowpipes, Tasks, Streams, Stored Procedures, Data Replication.\nImplement best practices for data auditing & data quality.\nImplement Industry best practices for User Access and Data Security.\nExperience with Secure Data Sharing.\nExperience with open table formats, specifically Apache Iceberg for cross-platform data strategies.\nExperience implementing best practices for virtual warehouse management\n\nDesign and implement ETL processes:Experience in using DBT ETL is required.\nExperience using Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose ETL is preferred.\nExperience using CICD pipelines and code repositories such as Bitbucket is preferred.\nDevelop and implement efficient ETL processes to support data integration from different engagement platforms.\nOptimize data workflows for performance and scalability.\nExperience with AWS Services (S3, Event Bridge, Cloudwatch, etc.) is required.\nExperience designing data flows and ingestion patterns across multi-cloud environments is preferred.\n\nSupport client project deliverables:Able to lead the implementation and integration of data solutions for clients.\nProvide technical guidance and support during client onboarding processes.\nConduct data mapping exercises to align business requirements with data architecture.\n\nDemonstrate proficiency in SQL; Python scripting skills are a valuable addition:Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading.\nPython skills for automation and scripting are desirable.\n\nKnowledge of Life Sciences or Healthcare business processes is advantageousFamiliarity with Patient Services and Specialty Pharmacy systems and business processes is a plus.\n\nExhibit strong documentation abilities:Familiarity with SDLC processes and documentation.\nExperience using work management and documentation platforms such as Jira, Confluence is a plus.\nDocument requirements and conduct peer reviews.\nEnsure documentation is accessible and understandable for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.\n\nFamiliarity with Pharma Marketing and Campaign Management Data, Systems and Business Processes\nDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.\nAll other duties as assigned.\nConsistent with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and applicable state and local laws, it is the policy of EVERSANA to provide reasonable accommodation when requested by an employee with a disability, unless such accommodation would cause an undue hardship for EVERSANA.
