We are EVERSANA.\n We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Engineer with strong expertise in backend automation, data validation, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have experience in Agile and Kanban environments, a deep understanding of SDLC/STLC, and the ability to work independently while ensuring high-quality deliverables across healthcare and/or marketing domains.\nESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES\nOur employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:\nCollaborate with business associates and data teams to gather and analyze functional and technical requirements.\nDesign, develop, and execute backend automation scripts to validate processes and data integrity.\nWork closely with cross-functional teams to track user stories and defects through closure.\nEnsure comprehensive coverage of SDLC, including post-production monitoring and documentation.\nCreate and maintain detailed test documentation, including Test Plans, Test Cases, Test Proofs (with screenshots), and monitoring reports.\nWrite and execute complex SQL queries and stored procedures for data validation.\nQuickly learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and technologies.\nMaintain attention to detail and ensure compliance with quality standards.\nWork with email marketing platforms and journey builders to validate campaigns and workflows.\nBe flexible with work hours to align with EST time zone requirements.\n MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.\nAgile/Kanban: Hands-on experience in iterative development environments.\nDomain Expertise: Healthcare and/or Marketing domain experience.\nSDLC/STLC: Extensive knowledge and practical experience across all phases.\nBackend Automation: Proven ability to automate backend processes.\nData Expertise: Strong SQL skills, including complex queries and procedures.\nPostman\nJIRA\nSnowflake\nMarketing tools (Adobe Campaign, GrowthLoop, Iterable, SFMC, etc.)\nREST/SOAP APIs\nProgramming languages: Java/Ruby/Python/Others\nAutomation tools: QTP/Selenium/Others\nAbility to work independently and efficiently.\nStrong attention to detail.\nExcellent documentation and communication skills.\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience monitoring production activities and creating supporting documentation.\nFamiliarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud-based environments.\n All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nOur team is aware of recent fraudulent job offers in the market, misrepresenting EVERSANA.
