We believe our people make all the difference in cultivating an inclusive culture that embraces our cultural beliefs.\n WHAT DOES A SR PROJECT MANAGER DO?\nThe Senior Project Manager (SPM) plays a pivotal role in leading the internal day-to-day operations and delivery for a set of strategic, creative and medium-to-high complexity tactical projects, from inception to completion, within a brand or multiple brands. The SPM has expert-level project management skills which allow them to lead any type of project or program, with limited supervision, and is considered the primary internal nucleus for their projects.\nFull lifecycle delivery and management of complex, technical, strategic and creative projects\n\nDevelops and actively manages project timelines, estimates, risk registers, communication plans, burn reports and change logs with minimal oversight\n\nLeads the estimation process and provides project budget and staff plan parameters with minimal supervision\n\nLeads the project timeline creation process in close partnership with internal and external stakeholders with minimal supervision\n\nLeads project kickoffs and status meetings\n\nCreates and/or reviews and distributes meeting recaps; oversees and evolves Project Managers (PM) and Project Coordinators (PC) in their ability to write actionable recaps\n\nIn partnership with AD and GPD, develops financial forecasts for proactive financial management\n\nIn partnership with AD, Finance and Account, facilitates monthly billing, analysis and action\n\nIn partnership with Account Services, AD and GPD, assists with the development of annual and project-based SOWs\n\nIn partnership with ADs and GPD, provides input to program Gantt Charts\n\nIn partnership with Account Services, AD and GPD, assists with change order creation and management\n\nActively works with project stakeholders to identify, evaluate, log, communicate and mitigate project-level risks\n\nWorks closely with Project Management Office (PMO) leadership to identify and mitigate program-level risks\n\nIdentifies project staff needs and works with resource managers and PCs to ensure accuracy and updates of resource plans\n\nResolves conflicts, including scope, schedule, resources, budget, quality and communication with minimal oversight\n\nEnsures all project artifacts (FRD, BRD, etc.) are properly stored within enterprise systems (Workfront, TFS, etc.)\n\nAccountable for application of Intouch delivery processes and PMO standards across their projects\n\nActively mentors and supports training efforts for Project Managers and Project Coordinators\n\nActs as first touchpoint of escalation for Project Managers and PCs\n\nKeeps direct manager informed; asks for help when needed; knows when to escalate issues/concerns to leadership; brings solutions\n\nParticipates in candidate interviews as needed\n\nEffectively senses team morale and understands how to address issues\n\nmodeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.\n\n WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?\nBachelor's degree or equivalent education plus professional experience required\n\nThree to five years of experience in a PMO role\n\nPharmaceutical or advertising experience preferred (AOR or DAOR)\n\nAdvanced understanding and applications of PMO standards and processes\n\nExperience leading the delivery of complex, technology, strategy and creative based projects\n\nAbility to develop a creative, strategic or technical heavy project plan\n\nAbility to tailor and flex process to provide solutions to proactively facilitate a project\n\nExperience leading a wide range of different functional groups and project teams\n\nComprehension of project forecasting and reforecasting throughout lifecycle of project\n\nExpert project and program burn analysis and remediation\n\nExcellent scope and change management tracking and adherence\n\nComfortable with client-facing communication\n\nStrong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate, assess and mitigate risk\n\nAbility to build trust, negotiate and influence decision-making with Account, SMEs, Clients, Partner Agencies and third-party vendors\n\nStrong sense of ownership and accountability\n\nStrong decision-making and implementation, especially when faced with uncertainty\n\nExperience working with Project Management Information Systems such as Workfront, Workfront Proof, Smartsheet, MS Project\n\nStrong understanding of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel\n\nLaunch experience a plus\n\n OUR CULTURAL BELIEFS:\nPatient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.\nClient Delight I own every client experience and its impact on results.\nTake Action I am empowered and empower others to act now.\nGrow Talent I own my development and invest in the development of others.\nWin Together I passionately connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime to achieve results.\nCommunication Matters I speak up to create transparent, thoughtful and timely dialogue.\nEmbrace Diversity I create an environment of awareness and respect.\nAlways Innovate I am bold and creative in everything I do.\nOur team is aware of recent fraudulent job offers in the market, misrepresenting EVERSANA.
