We are EVERSANA. \n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The most important aspects of a Supervisor's day-to-day responsibilities are leading and developing staff, ensuring safety and SOP compliance, coordinating workload based on client needs, and overseeing safety protocols. This role includes training, monitoring productivity, and working with Plant Managers to improve processes. Supervisors are also responsible for handling client requests, incident reporting, and maintaining an environment that meets current Good Distribution and Manufacturing Practices.\nFacilitate a safe operational environment for all employees by strictly complying with and enforcing all company safety requirements. \nAssists in directing the workflow while sharing the workload with co-workers. \nEffectively communicate with co-workers and the supervisor regarding work requirements. \nFunction as a conduit between supervisors and co-workers. \nPay meticulous attention to detail and possesses a task-oriented work ethic. \nFlexibility and composure in response to changing requirements. \nEffectively receive and convey information accurately in a timely manner. \nComplete tasks with minimal supervision in a timely manner on a daily basis. \nConsistently meet minimum productivity standards \nAbility to maintain zero defect performance \nPlans, organizes, and coordinates various projects, programs, and services. \nEnsure all operation associates perform their duties and responsibilities in accordance with applicable standard operation procedures (SOPs) \nEnsure all operations associates are in compliance with Current Good Distribution Practices (cGDP) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) \nPromptly respond to EVERSANA client requests as required \nDevelop staff members assigned to the area \nComplete all special projects assigned by the Operations Manager or their designated representative \nDemonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias. \nAll other duties as assigned \nMANDATED UNIFORM: khaki-colored pants, close-toed shoes, and a blue shirt. Leggings, yoga pants, or any form-fitting stretch pants are not permitted. Shoes should be sturdy and provide full coverage, ensuring no skin or socks are visible through the shoe material. Once the probationary period has concluded (60 days) employees receive an allotment to receive customized EVERSANA uniforms.\nPEOPLE LEADER: People leaders must possess both the skills to effectively accomplish these tasks and the emotional intelligence to do so in alignment with our cultural values.
