We are EVERSANA. \n ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:\nOur employees are tasked with delivering excellent business results through the efforts of their teams. These results are achieved by:\nEnsure the close out & dispatch of all shipments through the Ops Team and Directly\nEnsure all international shipments have international documents, including the collection of Shipper’s Export Declarations. File EEI when applicable.\nIdentify International Shipments as a priority for all outbound shipping\nCreate Hazmat documents and ensure proper labeling by all parties\nDaily review of carrier equipment needs and door assignments while engaging daily with all carriers\nCommunicate with carriers for swaps / live loads\nReview all internal / external documentation requests for LTL / TL shipments, including carrier tracking or pro number updates as required\nEnsure that all outbound cold chain orders each have a printed packing list for purposes of scheduling the required carrier\nEnsure proper trailer temperature set points for all cold chain shipments and the required temperature is noted on the bill of lading and/or manifest\nReconcile open orders report with outbound / staged freight throughout the day with the Ops Team in the assigned building\nManage any Mode conversions\nCommunicate with Transportation & Ops teams regarding any staged freight, Express runs and city runs\nEnsure operations are correctly loading onto every trailer through direct validation of laod\nManage communications where advanced shipment notice details are required\nWork Group Leadership and Supervisory Backup\nDirecting, instructing, guiding, and training the staff.\nProblem Solving and Continuous Process Improvement\nThe position will be involved with issues and problems that result from the loading function; solid problem-solving skills are required.\nOversee loading of outbound trailers to include pallet count validation and proper chain-of-custody transfer\nEnsure that the loading area is safe and that carriers adhere to all safety requirements\nEnsure that all internal and external shipping requests are acknowledged and addressed\nEnsure proper load securement and close-out of all trailers\nEffectively communicate with all internal departments, clients, and carriers as needed to ensure proper handling of shipments\nAll other duties as assigned.\n MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:\nThe requirements listed below are representative of the experience, education, knowledge, skill and/or abilities required.\n Education (High School Diploma)\nExperience and/or Training Background in operations and knowledge of the transportation industry and Mercury Gate or TMS as a user)\nLicenses/Certificates HAZMAT\n Technology/Equipment (TMS, Auditing tools, Ability to develop reporting, analytics, Microsoft Office Suites medium level)\nPREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:\n Education (Bachelor’s Degree)\n Experience and/or Training (Background in Transportation and Distribution)\n Licenses/Certificates (Degree in Supply Chain or Finance APICS CSCP)\n Technology/Equipment (Microsoft Office Suite of Services, Power BI User Level)\n Patient Minded I act with the patient’s best interest in mind.\nClient Delight I own every client experience and its impact on results.\nTake Action I am empowered and hold myself accountable.\nEmbrace Diversity I create an environment of awareness and respect.\nGrow Talent I own my development and invest in the development of others.\nWin Together I passionately connect with anyone, anywhere, anytime to achieve results.\nCommunication Matters I speak up to create transparent, thoughtful, and timely dialogue.\nAlways Innovate I am bold and creative in everything I do.\nAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.\nOur team is aware of recent fraudulent job offers in the market, misrepresenting EVERSANA.
