You will connect with customers by demonstrating the power of Everseen’s technology and using data from trials and pilots to highlight its impact and potential.\nThis role will allow you to take your career to the next level, working alongside industry experts, on cutting-edge technology, to continue scaling an already successful global organization.\nWhat you’ll do\nDeliver compelling, customized demonstrations of our technology to technical and business stakeholders.\nOwn the technical components of the sales process, ensuring a seamless and informed sales journey.\nEngage directly with customer CTOs and technical leaders to build trust and instill confidence in our solution’s capabilities and fit.\nLead presales efforts for strategic enterprise accounts, work collaboratively with others in the sales team to define tailored technical solutions that align with customer needs and business goals and help drive the sales process in partnership with the Go-To-Market team.\nAct as the subject matter expert (SME) on our product, delivering deep technical insight, and advice on the data insights gained.\nProvide technical expertise through presentations, solutions designs, demonstrations and proof of concepts via various mediums. Provide ongoing technical consultation, addressing complex questions and objections with authority and clarity.\nLead Proof of Concept design, execution, and presentation to senior customer stakeholders, translating customer requirements into solution architecture while clearly articulating how our platform solves real-world problems and the insights it generates.\nProvide excellent customer service anticipating and meeting the needs of the customer head on.\nWork collaboratively with the Go-To-Market, Operations, Engineering and Product teams to document and improve best practice and processes. Engage in and continuously provide knowledge sharing. Create and maintain reusable demonstration environments, templates, and sales tools.\nStay up to date with all new developments in Everseen’s technology, Computer vision, Gen AI, and the wider retail technology space.\nCollaborating With\nCustomer and customer’s business teams\nEverseen’s Go-to-Market and reporting teams\nEverseen’s Operations team\nEverseen’s Product and Engineering teams\nProfile and Skills\n7-10 years in technical sales, presales or solution engineering roles working with enterprise level customers and on SaaS based products, solutions or services.\nIdeally holds a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Technology or equivalent.\nKnowledge of and interest in AI and its use in retail. A keen interest in Everseen’s solutions and a technical acumen to understand the features and functions that we offer. Knowledge and experience of the retail market.\nA true passion for delivering best-in-class customer experience. Demonstrated success in positioning, presenting and demonstrating new products and features.\nUnderstanding of and experience in developing innovative and creative solutions for enterprise level customers in a fast paced, global organisation.\nAbility to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer culture, needs and requirements.\nExperience of advanced data analytics.\nExperience of forecasting and tracking key account metrics in a business development team.
