You should be a self starter who is proud to strive for excellence in all you do.\nWhat you'll do\nAccountable for the successful execution, management, and delivery of customer projects, ensuring adherence to scope and schedule.\nCreate, maintain and update project plans, tracking all tasks, milestones, risks, and issues throughout the delivery process.\nManaging and owning all projects for three customers.\nTake full ownership of a number of customer projects, managing all aspects of these projects from initiation to completion.\nLead all customer communication, fostering a close working relationship.\nServe as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.\nTrack customer-facing tasks to ensure visibility and accountability.\nProvide innovative and effective solutions to address challenges encountered during project execution\nCollaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects within agreed scope and timelines, engaging with internal teams such as product development, implementation, and customer support\nWork closely with the Sales team and senior members of the delivery team to manage customer expectations regarding project delivery, providing regular updates on project progress.\nCoordinate all reporting with sales, customer success and data teams.\nAccess historical project data to facilitate accurate forecasting and decision-making.\nAssist with coordinating system performance analysis with technical and data teams, ensuring the successful integration and functionality of customer systems.\nCreate and coordinate Jira tickets to track project tasks internally across delivery and other departments, maintaining project updates in Salesforce.\nUtilize technical expertise to translate customer requirements into actionable features for technical teams.\nAssist with the management ongoing deployments and upgrades, integrating them seamlessly into existing projects. Ensure deployments are completed on time and within scope.\nCollaborate with customers to test and validate new features, gathering feedback for improvement.\nWork closely with Product Teams to incorporate customer feedback into product development.\nCollaborating with\nEverseen’s Sales Team, Product team, and Engineering Team, our customers and our employees\nProfile and Skills\nYou have 2 to 3 years experience in a similar role working with projects in a global matrixed organisation.\nDemonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple complex customer projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project objectives.\nFamiliarity with Agile/Scrum tools like JIRA, providing an advantage in managing projects within dynamic and iterative environments.\nProactive self-starter with the capacity to engage in multiple initiatives concurrently.
