Description\nAs a Claims Specialist, your responsibilities will be:\nResponsible for providing excellent customer care with a client service mindset with the ability to use collaborative and non-adversarial approaches in achieving diverse goals.\nResponsible for evaluating disputed credit card transactions.\nInvestigates the disputes cases and determine if the chargeback if appropriate.\nDebit Commercial accounts for chargebacks resolved against merchants.\nPerforms account reconciliations as part of the dispute resolution effort.\nProvides merchants with the documentation that supports the debit to their commercial accounts.\nAssists with training and developing new team members as assigned by management.\nPerforms special projects and other duties as may be assigned from time to time by management.\n Experience:\nAssociate or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields.\nAt least one (1) year of previous experience in claims management and customer service roles.\nStay focused on central issues\nOutstanding analytical skills and attention to detail.\nIdentify and resolve problems promptly, and develop alternative solutions to emerging issues.\nEnglish and Spanish oral and written.\nHigh Knowledge of Word, Excel, and other related software.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.\nKnowledge of MS Office, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nHighly oriented to details, internal controls, and procedures.\nOutstanding customer service skills.\nFast learner with high initiative and proactivity traits.\nTeamwork-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.\nEducation\nAssociate in Business Administration or Business Administration or Secretarial Science\nCompetencies\nCommunication\nDesicion Making\nDocumentation\nExpertise on System Administration\nAnalysis\nAttention to Detail\nDomain
