In this work environment, all team members are part of a community and appreciated by the people they work with – residents and coworkers – every day. \nSummary:The Development Services Coordinator is responsible for data management and administrative tasks for their assigned Advancement department; This position will be part of an innovative, high-energy team that seeks to deepen donor, volunteer, and community engagement into the EverTrue mission.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\n1. Collects and performs data entry, managing critical data, in multiple databases used to support the advancement efforts of EverTrue\n2. Completes complex data retrieval/report requests; Processes data imports and global changes\n3. Performs data verification and reviews discrepancies in data received to maintain the integrity of all data\n4. Identifies operational deficiencies and recommends standards, policies and procedures that will mitigate risk, improve processes and database integrity\n5. Assists others with oversight of daily data entry and maintenance of biographic and demographic constituent data in the database(s)\n6. Serves as a back-up to the Development Services Specialist as needed\n7. May assist with billing, tracking of funds and monthly reconciliation critical for advancing the mission\n8. May serve as a liaison on annual fundraising projects/initiatives\n9. Distributes, collects, inputs, and analyzes data from various surveys\n10. May assist with data collection for grant applications and reporting for funded grants\n11. May provide project management duties for data-driven projects as needed\n12. May perform various administrative tasks including but not limited to filing, copying,\nphones, preparing packets, ordering supplies, inventory, mailings, surveys, financial tracking, organizing, and promoting updates and documents in our intranet system \n13. May assist with training of new staff members\n14. May work with vendors as neededQualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:\n\nCollege degree preferred\n\nPrior job-related experience preferred\n\nUnderstanding of basic accounting/reconciliation principles\n\nProficient computer skills, including Outlook and Microsoft Office, specifically Excel\n\nA strong understanding of database management principles; experience with an electronic health record, fundraising and/or volunteer database preferred\n\nExcellent interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to successfully collaborate with others in a team environment as well as the ability to work independently\n\nAbility to successfully manage multiple projects and set priorities and meet deadlines\n\nExcellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information in a comprehensive way to a diverse audience\n\nPhysical Requirements and Working Conditions:\nThe physical activities, demands, and work environment described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
