solutions.\nThe ideal candidate brings deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, the Microsoft Power Platform, and the broader Azure ecosystem, together with the ability to work closely with both technical teams and business stakeholders.\nKey Responsibilities\nDefine end-to-end solution architectures for Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE implementations, ensuring alignment with business requirements and technical standards.\n\nLead technical design decisions across CRM configuration, customization, development, and system integration.\n\nTranslate functional and business requirements into technical specifications, architecture blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.\n\nDesign and oversee integrations between Dynamics 365, enterprise applications, and third-party systems.\n\nGuide the development of custom CRM functionality using C#, .NET, JavaScript, plugins, and Dataverse.\n\nLeverage Power Apps, Power Automate, and other Power Platform capabilities to extend and enhance business processes.\n\nEstablish appropriate data models, security frameworks, workflows, and business process automation.\n\nProvide technical direction and mentorship to developers, consultants, and delivery teams.\n\nDesign integration solutions using REST APIs, Dynamics 365 Web APIs, and Azure-based services.\n\nDrive best practices for application performance, scalability, security, and solution maintainability.\n\nOversee environment strategy, solution deployments, release processes, and application lifecycle management.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders and project teams to ensure technical solutions meet business expectations and delivery objectives.\n\nIdentify architectural risks, resolve complex technical challenges, and recommend improvements to existing CRM environments.\n\nRequired Experience and Skills\nExtensive experience designing and delivering Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.\n\nStrong expertise in Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement architecture and implementation.\n\nIn-depth knowledge of Microsoft Dataverse, Power Apps, and Power Automate.\n\nHands-on experience with Dynamics 365 customization, plugins, workflows, and extensions.\n\nStrong development knowledge of C#, .NET, and JavaScript.\n\nProven experience designing integrations using REST APIs, Web APIs, and Microsoft Azure technologies.\n\nSolid understanding of CRM data architecture, security models, and business process automation.\n\nExperience producing technical architecture documentation and applying enterprise integration best practices.\n\nAbility to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with both business and IT stakeholders.\n\nDemonstrated ability to convert complex business requirements into practical, scalable technical solutions.\n\nDesirable Qualifications\nExperience with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, or other Customer Engagement applications.\n\nKnowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and API Management.\n\nExperience with Power BI and advanced Power Platform solutions.\n\nFamiliarity with Power Platform ALM, deployment pipelines, and CI/CD practices.\n\nMicrosoft Dynamics 365 or Power Platform certifications.\n\nBackground in large-scale CRM implementations, enterprise integration, or digital transformation
