Join our team and create the future of technology in the Intelligence Community.\nQualifications\nYou Have:\n1+ year of experience in IT or helpdesk field \nExperience performing level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets\nExperience capturing systems requirements and documenting in various formats\nExperience supporting development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts\nAbility to work a shift schedule \nAbility to act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams\nAbility to provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph\nHS Diploma or GED\nNice if You Have:\nExperience with cloud platforms including AWS\nExperience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python\nExperience supporting operational AI/ML systems\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field \nClearance:\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.\n\nCompensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48.08 to $57.70 per hour.
