The world can’t wait.\nQualifications\nYou Have:\nExperience updating, testing, and validating changes to systems\nExperience with system security hardening and patching for Linux systems and workstations\nKnowledge of System Administration interdependencies specific to RHEL 8 and RHEL 9 systems and administration of Linux-based workstations \nKnowledge of GitLab and Ansible with experience building and modifying playbooks\nKnowledge of RHEL subscription manager\nKnowledge of PKI infrastructure \nTS/SCI with a polygraph\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, information technology, or engineering and 10+ years of experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstation or a HS Diploma or GED and 12+ years of experience with administration of Linux-based systems and workstation\nDoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification\nNice If You Have:\nExperience creating Linux-based solutions for customer requirements \nExperience using health and status monitoring software, including Nagios\nExperience supporting U.S. government customers, preferably within the U.S. Intelligence Community \nExperience with Linux scripting languages \nKnowledge of network concepts and switch/firewall configurations \nMaster’s degree \nRedHat Linux Certification \nDoD 8570-Compliant IAT Level II or III Certification, such as Security+ Certification\nWillingness to travel 25-30% \nClearance:\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.\n\nCompensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86.54 to $110.58 per hour.
