Using your software engineering expertise, you’ll analyze the environment to ensure that your team’s solutions consider the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements. You’ll share your skills as your team utilizes new tools and techniques while helping to identify and implement system improvements.\nWork with us as we develop systems to create change for the better.\nQualifications\nYou Have:\nExperience developing, maintaining, and enhancing complex and diverse software systems (e.g., processing-intensive analytics, novel algorithm development, manipulation of extremely large data sets, real-time systems, and business management information systems) based upon documented requirements\n\nExperience with Java, JavaScript, Python, and front-end frameworks such as React\n\nExperience with MongoDB, JSON, and XML\nExperience with microservices architecture, Web Services / REST, and Spring framework\nExperience with cloud and containerization using Amazon Web Services (AWS), Docker, Kubernetes\nExperience with data processing and analysis using Apache Flink, Jupyter Notebook, AI/ML tools and frameworks\n\nExperience with monitoring and observability with Prometheus, Grafana\n\nExperience with development practices with Git, Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines\n\nExperience with UI/UX design and development expertise\n\nExperience with Linux environments and SIGINT\n\nExperience utilizing software development and software design methodologies appropriate to the development environment.\n\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph\nBachelor's degree and 14+ years of experience as a software engineer, or High school diploma and 18+ years of experience as a software engineer\nNice to Have:\nAbility to provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, use of Commercial Off-the-shelf (COTS)/Government Off-the-shelf (GOTS) in place of new development, and requirements analysis and synthesis from system level to individual software components.\nClearance:\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.\n\nCompensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $88.95 to $100.97 per hour.
