We’re looking for a system administrator who can implement and maintain a system to help us deploy cyber security solutions across the intelligence community.\nAs a system administrator on our team, you’ll ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available. Your knowledge will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission-critical network. Work with us and resolve daily challenges as we improve our nation's security.\nQualifications\nYou Have:\nExperience with implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.\n\nExperience with Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution.\n\nExperience with daily configuration, operation, monitoring, and support of client/server/storage/network and mobile devices.\n\nExperience with configuring and managing UNIX and Windows operating systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and system enhancements.\n\nKnowledge of system capacity analysis, resource utilization optimization, and performance improvement practices.\n\nKnowledge of IT service management processes, ticket escalation procedures, and status reporting to management and customers.\n\nAbility to provide user support and guidance in accessing and utilizing IT systems.\n\nAbility to analyze complex technical issues, provide detailed feedback, and remain engaged through resolution of escalated hardware and system problems.\n\nTS/SCI clearance with a polygraph\nBachelor's degree in a technical discipline and 10+ years of experience with systems administration, or 15+ years of experience with systems administration in lieu of a degree\nClearance:\nApplicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.\nCompensation at EverWatch is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55.38 to $75.97 per hour.
