The incumbent will analyze marketing and financial data, enabling data-driven decisions that support Everwise’s business objectives. This role will act as a key contributor to data governance initiatives, ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and alignment across organizational data assets.\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties: \nPrepare, analyze, and validate both marketing and financial data to ensure accuracy and data quality.\nDevelop and maintain business intelligence assets such as reports, dashboards, and data visualizations that serve marketing and financial insights.\nConduct and analyze Net Promoter Score surveys and additional customer/member satisfaction metrics, providing actionable insights to enhance member experience.\nPerform market research and trend analysis to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.\nEvaluate marketing campaign ROI, identify patterns in financial data, and provide insights to support strategy adjustments.\nCollaborate with Marketing and Finance teams to define key metrics, streamline data processes, and improve data quality.\nData Governance: Support and enforce data governance policies, implement data validation standards, and contribute to regular data quality audits.\nDocument data relationships, standards, and processes to maintain alignment with the organization’s data governance framework.\nAssume additional responsibilities as necessary to support the growth and advancement of Everwise.\nKnowledge/Skills:\nStrong mathematical, logical, and analytical aptitude.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills\nProficiency in technical creativity and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.\nStrong organizational, time management, and project management skills.\nIn-depth understanding of data governance principles, including validation techniques and data quality management.\nProficiency with computer, business intelligence and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).\nCollaborative and adaptable working independently, with a team, and stakeholders.\nMinimum Requirements:\nBachelor’s Degree in a related field such as Data Analytics, Marketing, Finance, or Computer Science, or equivalent work experience.\n2+ years of experience analyzing financial or marketing data, developing reports, and managing data models.\nExperience with database technologies, including data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc. in addition, Microsoft SQL Server and T-SQL.\nExperience in data governance or data management roles preferred.\nFamiliarity with data governance frameworks and tools preferred.\nLocation Eligibility\nThis position is open to candidates residing in the South Bend-Mishawaka region or Greater Indianapolis region.\nEverwiseis an equal opportunity employer.
