Provides quality service to members and coworkers in resolving problem and operational issues. Assists with the development and implementation of projects.\nPrimary Responsibilities and Duties: \nPerform accurate and timely completion of a diversity of paperwork and electronic communication of information to and from the Treasury, Federal Reserve, Alloya and Everwise business partners.\nRequires data entry on the XP system and PC programs, analytical and troubleshooting abilities in working in a Windows and WEB environment, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.\nResolve complex member, business partners, vendor and employee questions, and problems.\nTroubleshoot and communicate advanced technical support to business partners.\nKnowledge of computer systems, software, networking, and Everwise employed software.\nAbility to provide advanced communication to other Everwise departments and vendors.\nAssisting in establishing new EFT processes and procedures.\nProvide reports as needed for department and manager.\nLead and or assist with projects as deemed necessary by manager.\nAssume additional responsibilities as required for the growth and advancement of Everwise.\nKnowledge/Skills:\nRequires clear verbal communication skills, telephone etiquette and the ability to resolve member and employee questions and problem in a tactful manner.\nOther clerical skills required include filing skills, telephone use and the ability to produce typewritten letters, envelopes, forms, etc.\nAbility to read, write and perform mathematical calculations, balance figures and a basic understanding of debits and credits is required.\nResearch abilities.\nAn understanding of the XP system as well as other software applications used in the department.\nProficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).\nDisplay logical decision-making process in un-scripted scenarios.\nProficiency with computer systems and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).\nMinimum Requirements:\nHigh School diploma or GED\n6+ months’ experience working within the financial institution industry\nEverwiseis an equal opportunity employer.
