This role supports applications’ automation, integration, and management with Microsoft and other platforms so that ministry systems share data reliably and securely.\n\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nMaintains a personal relationship with Jesus Christ. Is a consistent witness for Jesus Christ. Maintains a courteous Christ-like attitude in dealing with people within and outside of Every Home for Christ. \nAdheres to the Biblical standards of moral conduct, Every Home vision statement, Every Home statement of faith, Every Home employee standards and policies, Every Home Covenant of Harmony and upholds Every Home for Christ’s ministry in prayer.\nParticipates in our Christ - centered community through working in the HQ office and actively demonstrate Every Home cultural values.\nSupports Every Home for Christ’s business systems portfolio (Microsoft Entra, Microsoft Azure, Blackbaud, Cloudflare, Mailchimp, Zapier, AI platforms, etc.), managing configuration, provisioning, licensing, renewals, and resolving related tickets, so systems are reliable, cost-effective, and aligned with ministry objectives.\nDesigns, builds, and maintains integrations between systems and Microsoft using REST APIs, webhooks, middleware/iPaaS tools, and Azure services so data moves accurately and securely.\nSecures cloud applications through Microsoft Entra ID single sign-on, automated user provisioning (SCIM), and role-based access; works with vendors to verify security practices and data privacy terms; and performs routine security audits of access, licensing, and configuration for compliance with Every Home for Christ standards.\nPartners with other Every Home for Christ Divisions and teams to analyze business problems, recommend and implement creative systems or solutions; makes platform decisions within the authority delegated by the IT Director.\nCreates and maintains clear, current documentation (system configurations, integration diagrams, data flows, runbooks, standards, and knowledge-base articles) to ensure continuity, knowledge transfer.\nCommunicates proactively with the IT Director, IT teammates, and ministry staff about platform changes, project status, risks, and outages; trains and equips staff to use systems effectively.\nSupports and upholds IT team decisions, standards, and priorities; cross-trains and backs up fellow IT team members; and invests in continuous learning on cloud, SaaS, and integration technologies.\nCompletes other requests as needed or directed.\nQUALIFICATIONS\nHas a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.\nActively attends/participates in a local church.\nEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent degree/experience.\nExperience: 3-5 years administering SaaS and PaaS platforms, including Microsoft Azure and system integrations.\nCertifications/Licensing: Microsoft Azure, identity, or integration-related certifications are a plus.\nPossess a passion for the purpose of Every Home for Christ.\nDemonstrate a servant’s heart with humility in service to Every Home.\nBe a positive teammate with strong interpersonal skills who consistently practices active listening and exercises actively in team collaboration and performance reviews.\nCommitment to support the ministry, team decisions, knowledge sharing, empowering personnel, and representing excellence.\nDemonstrate a high degree of integrity, confidentiality, and discretion.\nCreative, resourceful problem solver who can research and discover solutions to business problems.\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical personnel and the ability to collaborate inclusively among all levels of the organization.\nDisciplined documentation habits; develops and maintains documentation, diagrams, and procedures.\nProven analytical mindset with hands-on troubleshooting experience.\nAbility to work independently, manage time, and prioritize multiple projects with high attention to detail, and following through to completion.\nStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Entra ID.\nProficiency with REST APIs, JSON, webhooks, authentication methods, and middleware or iPaaS integration.\nScripting or low-code automation experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python, Power Automate).\nKnowledge of cloud security, encryption, DNS, and applicable data privacy practices and laws.\nUnderstanding of the needs and challenges of global ministry technology.\nAll Every Home employees are expected to maintain the following convictions: \nEVERY -
