This is the content engine of our organic social team: the person who owns the content calendar, creates and publishes great work across channels, tracks what is resonating, and keeps the team's output moving at the speed of culture.\nYou will work closely with the Sr. Manager, Social Media and the Brand Strategist to execute against channel strategy, manage our social listening tools, and own the publishing cadence across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. You are organized, deeply platform-fluent, and energized by making things, not just planning them.\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES\nContent Planning and Execution\nOwn the monthly content calendar, integrating campaign priorities while maintaining space for reactive and cultural content\nCreate and publish content across channels - producing in-app independently when the moment calls for it, briefing the creative team for produced content, and amplifying creator and ambassador content as part of the mix\nBring a strong editorial sensibility to everything published - every post should feel intentional and on-voice\nSocial Listening and Performance\nOwn and manage social listening tools (Pinpoint, Sprout Social, or equivalent) - monitoring brand sentiment, competitor activity, and cultural signals relevant to our consumer\nSurface weekly insights from listening data to inform content decisions and flag cultural moment opportunities to the team\nTrack and report on channel-level performance metrics with a consistent cadence\nCommunity Management\nOwn proactive community engagement across all organic channels - showing up in the comments, in conversations, and in the moments where our consumer is already talking\nManage Pinpoint for reactive community management, ensuring consumer inquiries and brand interactions are handled with speed and on-voice consistency\nRepresent the EMJ brand with warmth and authenticity in every interaction\nPlatform Management\nManage day-to-day publishing and scheduling across all organic channels\nStay current on platform updates, algorithm shifts, and new content formats - bringing recommendations to the team proactively\nWHAT YOU BRING\nYou are a maker first. You get genuine satisfaction from building a content calendar, executing it well, and watching it perform. You have a feel for what is resonating on the platform right now and the instincts to act on it. You know our consumer and the worlds he lives in, and that fluency shows up naturally in everything you make - not just visually, but in every caption, comment, and piece of copy across every platform.
