You are a role model for the industry and lead by example in all that you do. You view the facility through the lens of a leader, taking the extra time to listen to a member or keep the facility organized. You are the first person in line for event or media opportunities, and get to contribute to maintaining our positive, community-centric culture through planning team building events and by being you!\nRESPONSIBILITIES\nCLASSES: Deliver appropriate and high quality classes\nFACILITY: Maintain Organization and Report Issues\nGYM EXPERIENCE: Foster a welcoming environment for members and staff in the four walls. Create an energetic atmosphere in your classes while cultivating positive relationships with the EBF Community. \nCOMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT - Trainers are expected to be active members of the EBF community beyond the classes they teach.
